I OWN you.
When you forget who your employer is.
Need to be a bit more careful with your loyalties there, kid.
Something tells me this lesson is far from over and is going to escalate as each lesson is nailed into Zeldane's mind.
Ok, now next page we need to see someone more evil looking punch helmethead in the face in the exact same way to show themselves as a yet even more powerful villain. Then just as that villain begins to monologue (preferably with the phrase "You fail to remember yourself") yet ANOTHER more evil villain shows up, delivers a smackdown, and begins to monologue. This becomes the continuation of this comic for the next 10 years without break.
Lmao! Well, we're just expanding the antagonist rooster is all :)
oh? were getting an antagonist rooster next? :P
Ok I was not expecting this to come. Not that I’m complaining, though I have a bad feeling it’s gonna be one bad guy replacing another in this particular chapter.
Nah, just showcasing the hierarchy of power is all. Nobody could ever replace Zeldane in his Zeldaney-ness.
Even so, it would be something if you DID replace one major villain with another during a climax of this webcomic series. You would be doing something that I like to call "pulling off a Halo 3" whereas the Arbiter states, and as I have already stated, "We traded one villain for another."
Understand where I'm going with all of this?
While we can't say "Yep, that's totally what we're doing - just like that one popular video game franchise!" I can say we've been fine-tuning and working on the story that we think will have interesting conclusions, twists and turns. We're really excited for various parts, but Zeldane was never meant to be the ultimate big-bad of the story, just a mid-tier-boss if you will.
There is plenty of antagonistic forces for the protagonists to go up against though.
